Middle-aged people are can be primarily prevent from developing any muscular pain, deformation and injury by various techniques as postural alignment, gait training, Agronomic correction etc. Most of the people follow incorrect posture while standing, sitting, driving etc which gradually leads muscle soreness, ruin spinal alignment and may develop musculoskeletal disorders, lower back and neck pain syndromes. Techniques like postural alignment, Gait training helps people improve their ability to stand and walk and prevent them from any pain or deformation.
Our program also focuses on improving patient wellness, and providing intervention for elderly dealing with balance or coordination issues that affect their daily activities and put them at risk for falls. We educate patients and provide individualize recommendations for home safety. Our goal is to enable all elderly to maintain independent and healthy lifestyles.
Our comprehensive treatment program for balance and fall prevention includes a complete evaluation and balance assessment. We combine geriatric education and individually-designed exercises performed in a group setting to promote strength, coordination and flexibility in older adults
Our program is designed to prevent injuries and enhance sports performance for athletes of all ages and competition levels. Our Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainers work as a team to address each athlete’s goals to improve athletic performance. For those who are recovering from sports injuries, this program will reduce pain, increase strength and enable them to return to sports as quickly as possible. Athletes will also be instructed in an exercise program that will help to reduce the potential for future injury.
